Social Media Manager/Sports Editor
Esports competed and won the State Championship against Hickman High School, Christian Brothers College High School and Joplin High School. The competition was on Friday, May 16, at the Hart Career Center in Mexico, MO.
The Esports team won playing Super Smash Bros. with their Varsity team. Team members include sophomore Destin Huffman-Gilbert, juniors Jack Bub, Sam Cassidy and Richard Nolon Falkenrath and seniors Charlie McIlroy and Noah Mangrich.
The team was honored for its win at Webster Groves High School on Monday, May 19, through the Champion’s Parade in the hallways of the high school.
