
Bio
This will be feature and video editor Jasper Winterton’s third year on ECHO staff. He made several contributions while taking the journalism class his freshman year and while he was on the staff his sophomore and junior years. He is now a member of the Quill and Scroll International Honorary Society for High School Journalists.
