Missouri Botanical Garden opened the Jack C. Taylor Visitor Center on Aug. 27. According to St. Louis Post Dispatch, the project cost $100 million. Proposition S unofficially passed with an 80.7% majority in the Aug. 2, primary election, according to Webster Groves School District on Twitter.
