Seniors Jonas Fagin and James Harleman were named Semifinalists in the 71st annual National Merit Scholarship Program. Semifinalists are PSAT top scorers in each state and represent less than one percent of seniors.
National Merit is a scholarship based on high academic performance in the PSAT/NMSQT test. To be eligible, students must take the test during their junior year and meet entry requirements. Students can win one-time stipends or as much as a four-year fixed amount award.
