Current assistant activities director Chris Johnson will fill the position of activities director for the 2024-2025 school year.
This was announced through a press release put out by principal Matt Irvin. The announcement was made Friday, Dec. 15, following the announcement of current activities director Jerry Collins retiring.
Johnson has been the assistant activities director for the last two years and is well prepared to fill the role as he works to obtain his Certified Athletic Administration certification.
“Webster Groves is truly the most unique school district I’ve been a part of and I’m grateful for this opportunity to lead our athletic program,” Johnson was quoted in the press release.
