One-acts showcase students’ talents

Fall one-acts took place on Sept. 28, at 7 p.m in the Blackbox Theater. They were open to both students and parents. Tickets were $5.

All seven one-acts were written and directed by students.

This year’s titles included “The Nightshift,” written and directed by Margaret Oliphant; “Hammerman & Glaive Boy,” directed by Casey Drilingas, written and assisted by Richard Hermann; “Vulgar,” written and directed by Mark Ellsworth; “Pro Homo,” written and directed by Maloy Gordon; “Treehugger,” written by Luca Giordano and directed by Zoe Smith; “Going Up,” written and directed by Adreonna Grant; and “Wedding Toasts and Related Hosts,” written and directed by Mia Willis.
