Due to concerns about Coronavirus, the annual Winter Formal was cancelled this year. The dance was the homecoming dance for just Webster Groves High School, and it is always on the fourth Saturday of January.
Lauren Maedge, FACS teacher, said via email, “Normally this is our ‘traditional homecoming.’”
This dance is also where students have a voice. They vote for their own respective grade for the court. Tickets are sold weeks before.
Students vote for their grade’s respective King and Queen.
“Winter Formal was one of the most fun nights of my life,” sophomore Sadie Saltsman Buck said via text message.
