Webster Groves School District will extend building closure through April 22.

The extension follows Stay at Home Orders issued in St. Louis County and St. Louis City to stop the spread of the novel coronavirus.

Students will be utilizing technology to learn from home.

In an email to the community, Superintendent John Simpson said, “The decision to extend the closure was made with the health and well-being of all in mind. During this time, the staff of the WGSD will continue to do whatever we can to support our students, family, and staff.”

The decision coincides with 25 schools across St. Louis County and St. Louis City.
