Women’s basketball hosts camp
Women’s basketball will host a camp June 3-6, in Roberts Gymnasium.
The cost is $55 and includes a T-shirt.
The camp will be split into a High School Camp (1-3 p.m.) and a Youth Camp for grades third-eighth (3-5 p.m.).
Both camps will focus on “Fundamentals of the game: shooting, passing, dribbling, defense” and feature “competitive games and challenges.”

Jazz Festival to take place in Gazebo Park
This year the University City Jazz Festival, usually held in Herman Park, will be held in Gazebo Park in Old Orchard.
This is the festival’s ninth year, the first year outside its original venue. It was moved due to a dispute between University City and the festival organizers over cost.
It has not been decided whether this will be a one-time event or reoccurring.
The accurately renamed Old Orchard Jazz Fest will take place on June 8, from 1-9 p.m., at same time as the Webster Arts Fair, which runs from June 7 to 9.
