Mr. Webster applications due Oct. 1
Students interested in competing for the title of Mr. Webster need to turn in applications by Oct. 1, to Room 248E.
Mr. Webster is an annual pageant that raises money for DECA’s trip to New York City.

Festival presents student-directed plays
Drama will present its Fall One Act Festival of student-directed plays in the Black Box Theater at 7 p.m. on Sept. 26.
Tickets are $5 for students and $7 for adults.
3 named National Merit Semi-Finalists
Seniors Nicolaus Braun, Luke Burbee and John Porthouse have been named National Merit Semi-Finalists.
Semi-Finalists are in the top third of the 50,000 high scores on the PSAT and may continue to compete for National Merit Scholarships.
Botanical Garden extends Flora Borealis
St. Louis Botanical Garden will extend its Flora Borealis nighttime experience, until Oct. 20.
Flora Borealis, an interactive light and sound show, allows visitors to connect with the nature surrounding them.
Garden doors open at 7 p.m. for all ticket holders to see the garden before the show.
Flora Borealis will begin at sundown and include live entertainment on select nights.
Ticket prices range from $10 to $25 depending on age and night.
