Students leave the building at promptly 10:15 a.m. due to a power outage Feb. 14.
The power went out in the beginning of second hour, and students were told to stay in their classrooms until further notice.
Around 9:30, staff walked around the building and notified classes that students would be dismissed at 10:15.
Hixson Middle School was dismissed at the same time.
