Photographer Joe Sohm gave students a preview of his “Visions of America” presentation, which will take place Sept. 9, at 7 p.m. in the newly renovated Knight Auditorium.
Today, Sohm shared with third hour students samples of his photography along with some autobiography and life philosophy.
Afterwards, Sohm met with student journalists to be interviewed by ECHO junior editor Cole Schnell. That interview will be available next week on YouTube and the ECHO website.
Then Sohm met with journalism and yearbook students to talk specifically about his photographic experiences and craft.
Tickets for the Sept. 9, presentation will be $15 at the door, and his books will be available for sale and signing.
