Webster Groves Annual Paint Webster is coming up in just a few weeks, and high school artists are totally welcome to participate! Students may paint outdoors in the Webster Groves area on Saturday, May 10.
Registration begins at 8 a.m. to 10 a.m., and it’s completely free to participate! Art teacher Andy Throm will be at the Old Orchard Gazebo to give any tips to participating students.
Paint Webster is a perfect event for any artist who wants to practice their skills and have their artwork displayed at The Monday Club and Old Orchard Gallery. Prizes will be awarded, and artists may sell their work.
We will have a free workshop on May 3, at the corner of Gore and Moody Avenues in Old Webster. Michele Wells, owner of the Green Door art gallery, will do a pastel demonstration at 10 a.m. the workshop is from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
