Once again, the men’s volleyball team is off to a rapid start to the season, starting the year off with a 11-2-1 record. The team finished second in the State tournament in the previous season.
In the second home game of the season, the Varsity volleyball team played Marquette High School Sept. 20, in Roberts Gym.
Webster lost the match with three sets (set 1 score 25-18), (set 2 score 25-11) and (set 3 score 25-18).

Volleyball players dedicated their Sept. 30, game to honor of late team member Kara Wrice. Team members and spectators wore purple to the game in memory of Wrice, who would wear a purple mask to practice. Money was collected and donated to the Kara Lynn Wrice Foundation.
