Proposition S unofficially passed with an 80.7% majority in the Aug. 2, primary election, according to Webster Groves School District on Twitter.
Proposition S is a no-tax rate increase bond issue that would provide $45 million to the school district to improve the infrastructure of WGSD schools and facilities, including Moss Field and parking lots.
